• We are not responsible for any additional bank or transaction fees charged by your payment provider.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship to the locations listed on our website.

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

• Risk of loss passes to you once the order is shipped. 

• Once order is shipped we will refund under the condition that the order not being delivered (due to logisitcs constraints)

5. Returns & Refunds

• Due to the nature of food products, we generally do not accept returns unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.

• Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.

• Refunds or replacements will be processed at our discretion.
